update apple id settings

when i enter to my apple id it says some account services require you to sign in again but after i press sign in and enter my infonothing happens and the prompt stays

my data are permanently deleted without moving them to trash

so im having an issue for my mac os catalina 10.15 beta that it is deleting my data (like photos,media,documents,etc..) permenantly without moving them to the trash.note:when i go to about this mac >sorage >manage storage:its saying that empety trash automatically is completed and i can't turn it off.
