User Profile

I have installed a identity using a SCEP configuration profile and have set the AllowAllAppsAccess boolean on the SCEP payload - https://developer.apple.com/documentation/devicemanagement/scep/payloadcontent to true. The documentation says that this should give all apps access to the private key. How can I now access this identity and use it for cryptographic operations (specificly mutual TLS authentication)?
