Apple is requiring that we set up in-app purchase for the iOS version of our SaaS service.Currently we don't have self-setup of our service so would need to build that out. However if we do, it won't be an instant setup for customer - provisioning new service will take 3+ minutes. Is it okay for us to:1. Have user subscribe to service in iOS app, create username/password2. Show user note that we are "building" in iOS app3. Have user check their email when setup is ready/login is possible4. Have user return to app to log in with username/password
