Hi, hope anyone can answer this 1 (I'm really not that great at reading legal).I'm developing an app/platform that connects busy people to students who can do chores like shopping for these busy people. For each connection we charge a fee to the customer.Customers can also get a subscription which basically means they don jont have to pay the fee every time.So are we virtual or real-world? Do we need to us eApple or 3rd party software for purcheses??? Our app definitely enables people to purchase a sevice that is ' consumed ' outside the appas stated in3.1.5 Goods and Services Outside of the App: If your app enables people to purchase goods or services that will be consumed outside of the app, you must use purchase methods other than in-app purchase to collect those payments, such as Apple Pay or traditional credit card entry.Like I said...I do not speak legal....so keep it simple please 😉Kind regards,Floeby

Hi, Just a quick question:We are basically a platform matching people who don't have time to do chores with people who do. For the matching we charge a fee.Since the matching is virtual, we fall under the in-app purchase rules. Customers will be able to buy credits and subscriptions through the app using in-app purchasesHowever, we would also like to offer our customers the opportunity to buy credits/subscriptions through our website as well, since we don't have to pay Apple 30% we could do this at a discount. We understand that we are not allowed to refer to or advertise this option inside our app.1. Are we allowed to do this (Spotify, Tinder do the same basically)?2. If so, are we allowed to advertise this outside the app (e.g. social media/ newsletters)???3. Are we allowed to still have a general link to our site... e.g. in our help section of the app to the info section of our website??Kind regards and thanks for the help,Floeby
