Catalyst - How to prevent app quit on window close

Does anyone know how to configure a Catalyst app to not quit when the main window is closed? The latest beta version of the Podcast app handles this now. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

How do I specify a Mac App Icon for a Catalyst App?

Under the "App Icons and Launch Images" section of the General project settings there is just 1 drop down menu to select the App Icons Source. How can I specify both iOS and macOS icon sources for a Catalyst app?

Existing Mac App Bundle ID to Project Catalyst

Can I build a new version of my existing macOS app using Project Catalyst to replace the existing version and use the original bundle identifier? Xcode adds "uikitformac" to my iOS bundle identifier to generate the macOS bundle identifier but I'd like to use the original bundle identifier to ensure users can smoothly upgrade to the next version of the existing macOS app.I haven't been able to find any information on replacing an existing macOS app with one built using Project Catalyst.
