How to create multi output audio device on macos?

I can create an aggregate device using kAudioPlugInCreateAggregateDevice, but it is not my object. I want to create a multi output audio device like in midi setting. Is there a way to create a multi output audio device? please help me

Microphone or speaker is lost within 10 seconds I opened it.

machine air,cpu:Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8210Y CPUos:10.15.4I use AudioObjectAddPropertyListener to listen speaker and micphone change. But I can receive the output or input device changed notify from the register listen after I open it for 10 seconds. Then I call api the check input or output device number ,the number will be 0.Using other os like 10.14, I can not see this issue.
