on macOS Sierra GM and Xcode 8 GM, I launch Xcode after doing the install over the latest beta, get the Installing Components dialog and press Install, but it never completes.Well, the progress bar is filled out, but the window doesn't go away.Just tried Xcode-beta 6, same issue.Filed as radar 28211205.This has basically bricked this laptop for development, since I can't use Xcode (neither the GM or the previous beta).

Trying to build and run on both my iPad Pro 10.5 and iPhone X (both running the 10.12 beta) from Xcode 10, I get this error, with the additional info:"Please try rebooting and reconnecting the device. (0xE8000022)."Rebooting and reconnecting does not help. Note that the app installs and I can start it by hand, but not from inside of Xcode, which is obviously frustrating.Anyone else seeing this? Any sugs on how to work around it for now?- wave
