Is anyone else seeing a blank screen when trying to access 'Sales and Trends' from App Store Connect (via the web) ?I see the screen momentarily with the spinners, but then after 2 - 3 seconds screen just goes blank and it stops loading.Have tried multiple machines, and browser and still the same issue.

For the last few weeks / months, I've been seeing various users getting the Store Kit transaction error "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" when trying to purchase a subcription in the app.What's being reported is the transaciton is failing immediately.The fix is currently for the user to restart their iPhone. Just force quitting / restarting the app doesn't fix it.It's been reported via email from various users as well as I can see it happening in my analytics.It's only a certain percentage of users. There's plenty who can actually purchase succesfully, and IAP also works fine in the sandbox / TestFlight.Any ideas as to what might be causing this ?

I want to offer a discounted version of a subscription to some users. Plan to do this by having two version of the subscription, a normal one a discounted one.Then I want to be able to present the discounted subscription when the user either enters a 'promo code' or tap a universal link from outside of the app. Does anyone know if any of this is outside of the App Store rules ?Thanks.
