Using Apple Watch to login to macOS Big Sur

When checking the box for "allow apple watch to unlock your MAC" it always says "You must be logged in to iCloud to use this feature". I am logged in to iCloud.

Mouse is found in Setting, but no longer works.

I upgraded to MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 Beta. My Apple Magic Mouse no longer works.

My Magic Mouse is found in System Preferences/Mouse and connects. After that it no longer works and neither does my Trackpad. If I turn off the Magic Mouse the Track Pad stars working again. Any ideas?
