TV App - no artwork or "store" view

Beta 3 was fine. With beta 4 on two seperate macs, the TV artwork is missing and when I browse films, TV outside of my library I get a blank screen.Common issue ? fix ?

Beta 2 - Feedback Web results How to Fix Could Not Create a Preboot Volume for APFS install Error

Beta 1 installed OK. when I install the profile and install beta 2 appears after a few mins of the install running. Any idea why this is occuring ?
