Released a new version of B2B App Store app. It was reviewed and approved over 24 hours ago, but still has not shown up as an update on devices with the earlier version of the app installed. In iTunesconnect, the app shows as Ready for Sale status. What could be blocking the update from getting to the device?

I'm unable to use Xcode 12 for work. Reverting to Xcode 11 until this is resolved.

Using the source from the tutorial at raywenderlich.com - https://developer.apple.com/forums/content/attachment/be95d6d4-1764-4791-8422-c1b9f96d9598 a breakpoint in the extension never breaks. I am the author of the tutorial and breakpoints in the extensions used to work with earlier version of Xcode. The finished app has a thumbnail extension and a preview extension. The debugger is not breaking in either extension. Using Xcode 12.4 Tried on simulator of iPad 8th generation running iOS 14.4 and on real iPad (6th generation running iOS 14.4.1). Any suggestions?
