app with installs but no interactions. (China fake installs)

Hello, 2 of my old apps suddenly started getting installs but no sessions, these installs are from china and USA mainly.Its very weird because for example in one month i have these stats on itunes connect analytics:impressions-3684 product page views-23 app units-2743 sessions-18 active users-5 errors-0these are very weird numbers, also i don’t have almost any revenue from ads, no new game center scores. back in the day i could have for example 20 installs with 20 sessions now i have 2000+ installs with few sessions.

How do I change app name without uploading new build

I received a trademark complaint on my apps name, so I need to change it, but I can't make a new build because the licence of the program that I use to build apps expired, so I just want to change the apps name on the appstore. Seems that I need to create a new app version to be able to change the name, but when I sent to review it asks me to upload the .ipa file Thanks.

provisioning profiles weird names! why Apple?

First Apple removes the option to see provisioning profiles on xcode organizer, then i have to search for them on an specific folder, where they are stored, but now provisioning profiles have also weird names like the picture https://imgur.com/a/2z5HrvS so i need to click on each one - get info to see their real names, why Apple, why do you make everything so complicated. 😟 why is your obsession for "hidding" everything and making useless changes that complicate things more?
