If we delete an app from App Store Connect that was submitted for review, will the users that access that app through Test Flight no longer be able to use it?

If we delete an app from App Store Connect that was submitted for review, will the users that access that app through Test Flight no longer be able to use it? In other words, is the app deleted from use in Test Flight if it is deleted from App Store Connect?
