User Profile

There are many posts about this but my experience was not covered by any of them. So, I am trying to enroll in Apple Developer's Program, but when I go through all of the steps and end up at the user agreement page where I need to accept and the terms and conditions, I am stuck. I am ticking the checkbox and pressing the proceed button but then nothing happens. Tred with different browsers on different computers, with normal and private modes on/off. Submitted a ticket as well, but no one seems to be working on it. Any ideas?p.s. No errors shown in the browser's developer console as well.
