We’ve recently acquired a third party app that our drivers can activate if they feel unsafe. The app will stream audio and video from the iPhone to an operation centre when activated. Unfortunately, when connected to CarPlay, the operation centre only receives a blank feed and can’t capture video. If we disconnect CarPlay, everything works as expected.
is this expected behaviour? Or is this something the developer is able to fix?
