Are developers able to submit app updates using the iOS 13 SDK (Xcode 11) that don't include Sign In with Apple if the app has social sign-in with Facebook and Google? I know that at some point it will be required.So for example:Can I push an update that adds support for iOS 13's Dark Mode without adding support for Sign In with Apple (and my app has social sign-in))?
