My itunesconnect account showing me (CLOSED due to REFUND)

My iTunes connect account showing me (CLOSED due to REFUND) and I'm unable to buy a membership. I had membership before and I emailed to closed last year. can I buy a new membership again? and how?

I have logged in my clients apple developer account on my mac to submit his apps but after some months he violation some apple policy from which his apple developer account us suspended. Will it can cause my developer account to suspend also?

I have logged in my clients apple developer account on my mac to submit his apps but after some months he violation some apple policy from which his apple developer account us suspended. Will it can cause my developer account to suspend also? I haven't done anything wrong on my account i just logged in client's account with same ip address.
