Hi,
A lovely developer of the team as left the business and he's Apple account was the owner of the company account. I have access to his email but 2FA was linked with a mobile number no longer used and also no device are connected with this account anymore...
How can I get hold of someone at apple to assit?
I mean emails are great but response time will take more time than sending someone to live on Mars.
Can someone help me to find a way to contact Apple?
I am desperate at the moment, I sent emails already but NO feedback from Apple
