I built the app in xcode 11.0 so does not that mean it uses ios 13.0 sdk ? Does anyone on xcode 11.0 get this error ?ERROR ITMS-90725: "SDK Version Issue. This app was built with the iOS SDK. All iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 12.1 SDK or later, included in Xcode 10.1 or later. Further, starting April 30, 2020, new iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 13 SDK or later, included in Xcode 11 or later.
