User Profile

I work in the mobile application development department of a company. Our HR department came to us with a third party developed app for employee benefits that the developer is wanting us to add them to our ASC in the developer and marketing roles for app distribution. My question is, is there a way to do this where they won't have access to our other internally developed apps, certificates, provisioning profiles, etc?
