I get all the way to the last screen with the progress bar and only have a millimeter to go but my iPad freezes everytime. So it is impossible to install iOS 13 (iPad OS). Do you think the hardware could have a problem? I have deleted and removed iTunes. Installed, deleted and reinstalled profiles and setup files. Tried the beta version and developer's version, etc...
