Hi all, We have a search problem which has been bothering us for a long time, really need some help here.Our APP is the only official application of one financial company, which offers services of our own company's products.The company's full name is like "ABC Management Co., Ltd" and it's short name is "ABC”. Most people who know our company will use "ABC" as the key word to search our APP in APP Store, but in the most of time the APP cannot be found in the entire search result list at all.Our developer account is same as the company's full name, and we also put the short name "ABC" in both the APP Store display title (but different with the APP's name) and the key word list (in the first place).Recently we find that our APP can be searched with "ABC" basically in every 4 days, but each time it only lasted for a very short time. When the APP can be searched, it's the No.1 or No.2 result in the search list, but it disappeared soon from the entire search result list after several hours.Now our APP can be searched with the APP's name, our company's full name or even only by"AB". However, "ABC" cannot be used to find our APP in APP Store.This problem causes great trouble to our customers. We've contacted the apple support team many times and the reply is always "the search function is fine and we will record your suggestion".Hope those who have encountered similar problems can help to see how to solve them.
