Watch Now top shelf not visible

anyone else experience the apple tv app on AppleTV not showing the watch now list, just the row below it with no way to get to row above. ive tried restarting multiple times to no luck.

No messages complications in infograph watch face

am i the only in that has noticed that again the messages complication is absent from the infograph watch face... hopefully it returns
