WatchOS 6 beta 2 not loading

I am trying to load the beta 2 from the Aplle Watch app. The app is stuck in "looking for updates" mode. I have tried restarting the phone and watch. Still get the "looking for updates" message.Any suggestions?Thanks

Can I restore my data after installing iOS 13?

Does anyone know if (and how) I can restore the data from my phone after installing iOS13 beta? Is it similar to getting a new iPhone. You back up the old one, turn on the new one, and do a restore from an iCloud back-up. Am I right?Thanks.
