User Profile

I haven’t been able to download any other beta than XCode in the past week or something. It is simply the only thing listed in my developer account. I’m stuck on beta 1, because I had trouble getting the update, even though beta 2 was out. I then wiped my profile and went to reinstall it, but it is now gone. Anyone else experience this? Has it suddenly been moved to payed memberships only?
