Constrains

i have a problem...Then i open my Constrains and in the 4 input if i set it to 0 then its change to the text defaultand not to 0and i have not have this problem before.. are there a way to change it or what ?plz help...

What Database to use

Then i make a IOS app in Swift..Can i use MSSql database ? or do i have to use MySql database?And my plan whas i use asp sites to add or delete or edit my record.. just i do on my webpages.Or can i make a app there load my webpage insite app ?
