Our application is US based application, and application wont work out side US, does application review will be done from US Location ?

Hi All,I have a query regarding the review process, as our application is only restricted to be used in US open network and other countries have to use it over the VPN.And as the organization policy, we cannot create short-lived VPN credentials, so we will not be able to provide the VPN credentials hence the reviewers will not be able to login into the application, incase the reviewer demographics are not US.In such cases, does the video of the application suffice for reviewing purpose?
