daemons are unable to access files or folders

Since upgrading to Mac OS 10.5 Beta-2, daemons launched with launchctl are failing to open Desktop/Documents/Downloads files and folders even in read mode with an error "Operation not permitted".Does anyone facing this issue?

Wait for a process to finish launching

My application should wait for an applications to load completely. I have the process id of the application.Do we have any function in Objective-C/swift to check if an application is launched?
