Downvote and spam reporting features broken?

Don’t know when this started, but I just found that I’m unable to downvote any posts, and the button for reporting abuse/spam/etc. is missing. If I hover over the downvote button, a popup says "Only forum users with 100 or more reputation points can downvote posts and replies.” I do have way more than 100 points.

Bluetooth keyboard Esc key no longer exits to Home screen

Has anyone else run into this? Before 13.4 beta, when using a Bluetooth keyboard, the Esc key behaves identically to the Menu button on the Siri remote, to navigate backwards all the way back to the Home screen. But in 13.4 beta, it's broken: pressing Esc has no effect from the top level in any app.I've verified this with both an Apple Bluetooth keyboard and my Logitech Harmony Hub system, which uses a physical remote but pairs with the Apple TV as a Bluetooth keyboard. Or as my better half described it while trying to navigate: "I can't get out!"I reported this for beta 1 (FB7571993) but it's not fixed in beta 2, so wanted to toss it out to a wider audience.
