The app builds were uploaded to app store connect, and the states are processing for many days. And those builds are created by Xcode 13.3 or Xcode 13.3.1.
But When I downgrade the Xcode version to 13.2.1, and the build becomes valid in thirty minutes in the app store connect.
When I contact the Apple Developer Program support team, the answer is that The build version you uploaded is in accordance with the thinning requirement but without variants!
I don't know what to do, the bitcode is forbidden in our program!
