Xcode 12.4 (Not Responding)

I've out from the nothing, two days ago my production computer started giving me issues with Xcode being the only one opened. BigSur 11.2.1, Xcode 12.4. Cleaned and reinstalled Xcode, still the same. I'm working with a simulator but even if it is closed also hangs. help asap.

Breakpoints on Xcode currently created project

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot breakpoint issues with an old created project? xcode doesn't want to hit the breakpoints I've searched over SO and followed the instructions but I'm still with the same issue.
