I am Uyghur, which is a minority in China, so my name is not like other common Chinese , but more like a middle-east name.Common Chinese name is like "San Zhang", but my name is like "Abdureyim·Abdilim", this is exactly what is on my Chinese identity card. And Yes, there is a dot in the middle of my name on my Chinese identity card.When I tried to register for the Apple developer account, the Apple developer app told me that something is wrong with my identity, so I went to Apple for help. After about 20 days, the Apple called me and tell me that I can not register for developer!!I don't know which part is wrong, I did use another Apple ID , but it failed as well.So is it my name or my identity as an Uyghur causes the problem ?
