Hi there, I cannot delete my old app from the app store. We have one very old app and due to the bundle identifier issues, I had to create a new app with a different bundle ID. Now, we have 2 same apps with different bundle names. I want to remove the old application from the store and keep the latest one. For this, I opened the app in App Store Connect and selected the old app. From the app information section, I tried removing the old app. The app was not removed. I realized later that under iOS Platforms there are two versions. 1.0.9 Prepare for Submission 1.0.8 Ready for distribution I don't want to push the new build or update anything on the old app so, I want to delete the 1.0.9 app info and ask for removal. However, I am not able to remove the app info. What is the best and easiest way to fix this? Please suggest.
