wired communication

This product surprised me. (https://www.butterflynetwork.com/)Presumably, the device sends the image data to the iPhone/iPad via a cable. I never thought I could do this.What does the framework use?How can we do this?It's hard to imagine for someone like me who lacks experience and knowledge.Do you understand if you are intelligent?

ExternalAccessory

Please tell me how to use ExternalAccessory.This allows devices connected to LightningI want to receive the image data to be sent.The cable connecting to the Lightning is assumed to be OTG.Is my idea possible?

If you know any sample code, please let me know.

Connect the OTG cable (Lightning - USB) to iPad.Connect USB to the device.The connected device sends a QQVGA image. The iPad displays the images it receives.I want to create such an application. But I don't know which tool to use. If you know any sample code, please let me know.
