What all things will affect in an iOS App, if it is changed to Unlisted app in the App Store?

We have an iOS application which is basically for an Organisation usage. So Apple suggests me to change my app type to unlisted app. But I need some clarification on the unlisted type app. Following are my questions: Will it affect the current installed users? Will the user receive new version release notification of my app? Can they update new version without remembering app link? Will the app link be same as current even if it is changed to unlisted?

Inapp response goes purchased even the payment is in pending in user purchase history

Do there any chance of getting purchased response from apple for pending transaction. The in-app purchase history of the user shows the transaction in pending state but our paymentcompleted method invokked .

From Xcode 11 onwards, my whole App is getting stuck while I try to swipe the UISegmentedControl.

When I updated my Xcode to Xcode11, UISegmentedControl is not working properly. If I try to swpe to the next index of the UISegmentedControl, my whole App is getting stuck. Only this issue is happening on swipe. If I select an index it will work properly.

From Xcode 11 onwards, my whole App is getting stuck while I turn the UISwitch ON/OFF.

When I turn the UISwitch ON/OFF my whole App is getting stuck. First I thought, it is because of my code, but I removed all connections and code to the UISwitch, but the issue is still occouring. Is there any solution for this?

How long will take the transaction status to change pending to success?

My purchase history shows pending transaction and I want to know how long it will take the status change to success. I am not using any parent-child account. I was using my credit card. I was using the non-renewable subscription.
