I’ve submitted a bug for this, but I’m asking people to try and reproduce it, since I’m able to reproduce it reliably every time.I'm using an iPhone 11 Pro Max running iOS 13.2 beta. After taking a picture in the camera app with the camera physically in landscape mode, and then clicking on the thumbnail (bottom left) to view the picture, the picture that was just taken will only display correctly if the phone is in physically in portrait mode. If the phone is physically in landscape mode, the picture, and any other media you scroll to, are displayed outside of your view... as if there was a large black margin added to the bottom and the right. In other words, you’ll only see the bottom right hand part of the picture on the upper left side of the screen (Ditto for any other media you scroll to while it’s not displayed correctly). Once you put the phone physically back into portrait mode, and click on the thumbnail again, the picture (and any other media you scroll to) will display correctly. The linked video shows me clicking on the thumbnail while in portrait mode, then clicking on the thumbnail in landscape, and finally in portrait mode again.https://share.icloud.com/photos/0jy9tEo545A7KEbV6LkbsXGcg
