User Profile

I am unable to open swift playgrounds on any device using my appleid, could this be an appleid problem? or iCloud? Ive tried calling support but I keep getting palmed off to team after team and no one seems to have any idea what is going on... I have crash logs, but no one from apple has asked.It works on my macbook pro if I use someone elses apple id...Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
