Hi,We have an app to show clothing photos and to input orders. The app is used by Sales Representatives, that works for Apparel Industries. The user (Sales Representative) needs a login, password, and "Apparel Industry ID". The Sales Representatives can't create a account by themselves. Each Apparel Industry Sales Manager creates accounts to their Sales Representatives, and then Sales Representative receives an e-mail with login data. So they can download the app, and login. Then, already logged on, they can synchronize (download) customers, products, prices and photos from ERP system of Apparel Industry that they works for. And then they can show photos to their customers, and then include that product inside an sales order. After finishing the sales order, the Sales Representative synchronizes, uploading sales orders to ERP System. A common B2B integration app. Sales Representative stills can input online sales order, or use Android version of the app.App is free of charge. No premium version. No payment data (credit card, or something) is inputed on sales order. Final user of the app is the Sales Representative. Customers or "commom people" don't (can't) use the app. Nothing is bought inside the app. Apparel Industry pays for ERP System. App is a free, complimentary part of ERP System. Apparel Industry don't pays more or less by using or not using the app.Our app is being rejected by "3.1.1 Business: Payments - In-App Purchase". However we do not understand why, since nothing is sold within the app. We aren't doing business throught the app. We aren't being payd because the app. And obviously we do not intend to circumvent the IAP mechanism. But where are we doing wrong in the description, or in the app design itself, to be receiving this rejection? Unfortunately we don't clearly understand the responses of the review on how to proceed. Even if we have to integrate with IAP - OK -, but what should we do sell? And for how much? Thanks for you help guys.
