Cannoit get xcode 11.4 to download. App store shows it as available (little red "1") and it takes about a hour to download about 3/4 of the circle then stops and gives a message that xcode could not download, try again. Have restarted computer, tried to download at times when the internet is quiet, nothing works. HELP!!I need this version to be able to download the app I am developing to my phone for testing.
