Why are Xcode downloads so terribly slow and tedious?

I think Apple's made a bad decision.
They released macos Big Sur 11.3 RC on the 20th of April.
Now they've released the first beta of 11.4.
So someone like me who typically does some last minute testing prior to an RC (aka Gold Master) release to the public I can no longer do that.
I think this is a huge problem for me and even larger mistake by Apple. I don't recall this ever happening in nearly 20 years. So now I have to delay some testing until AFTER the release of macOS 11.3.
This makes me seriously unhappy.
The download page offered by Apple has a direct download link for each version beta or RC which is misleading.
I'd imagine that the links for the rest of the operating systems works in the same fashion.
I hope Apple fixes this because now my testing will be delayed way longer than I wanted.

Does anyone know if the prototype Mac mini will run iOS apps like the publicly released Mac mini's with the M1?

Why is Feedback Assistant app missing in iPadOS 14.2? Seems to be missing on iOS 14.1 too.
I need to report a serious bug on the iPad - audio from a video plays even AFTER an app is quit in some unexplained cases. You have to start another audio source and then stop that one to regain control of your iPad.

Is anyone else experiencing pairing issues with Apple Watch and iOS 14.0.1? I see a number of complaints about this on public forums.
I have an Apple Watch Series 4 GPS+cellular that begins to pair with my iPhone 11 Pro Max on iOS 14.0.1 and the phone tells me the watch has an update.
It tries to get the update, but it fails complaining that there is no internet connection when clearly there IS an internet connection. We've tried connecting to wifi hotspots, business wifi, and home wifi all with good bandwidth and high speed connections. It still fails.
This simply has to be a bug or at least I hope it is and not some way to obsolete perfectly good Apple Watches.
Rumor is that it will pair on any version of iOS 13. I'm not able to update this particular phone to IOS 14.2 beta. I'll have to submit a bug report too.
