Software Update - Voice Update hanging

After installing OS X 10.11 a voice update was announced in the App Store. I chose Update All but now the update is hanging at 894 MB of 1.27 GB and I even cannot cancel it.


It wants to install Voice Update - Anna 5.0.2 and Voice Update - Yannick 5.0.1


Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

I do have the same problem with Voice Update - Monica 5.0.7, I try to install, seems to do nothing, but shows as an installed item (repeated again and again on the recent updates list).


Still keeps showing up as an available update even after OS X 10.11.1
