el capitan icloud login unknown error

I have MacBook Air (13-inch, Late 2010)

10.11 Beta (15A215h)

I just updated to El Capitan. and when I finished updating,

icloud says I need to put my password again in order to use my icloud account.

So I filled my password. however, it does not log in, spinning gear keeps spinning and when it's done, it says

'unknown error occurred'

I tried many times and I just cannot log in,

I thought maybe next update can fix this problem. so I checked for an update on Appstore account.

And I can not log in to my AppStore. it says the same thing. 'unknown error occurred'.

How can I fix this problem?

I tried logging out and log in again but it does not work either

MY SOLUTION:

I tried rebooting, shift-rebooting, option-rebooting, deleting the iCloud Account files, changing my password, turning on and off two-step verification, and a few other things. Nothing worked until I did this:

In the menu, I went to STORE > SIGN OUT

I signed out through the App Store app, and then went to STORE > SIGN IN.

I was prompted to sign in and it worked perfectly.

Same problem!

Same problem, tried everything suggested, what a joke to release OS update with such fundamental flaws.

Please tell me how you accomplished this. I cannot get the machine to reboot to the Blank Serializer disk image. Have just wasted three hours trying. Thank you.

Same issue. Can't login to icloud using my apple ID.

The answer in the response thread above did not work (don't even have an Icloud folder located there)

Even worse, whenever I reboot (since a previous OS upgrade) I have to set up Icloud, Keychain, etc... every time I reboot!
