Hello I tried to enroll for Apple developer program but I got that message

Your enrollment could not be completed.

"Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time."

I have followed this guideline https://developer.apple.com/support/enrollment/ and send an email to asia.dev@asia.apple.com because i'm from indonesia, but the email haven't replied yet since 6 days ago. Hoping apple can do faster for helping their customers.
