Binary won't send to Apple Connect

Hey,

So I've created a game for my senior class highlighting all of our fondest memories we've made together. It's all finished, everything is ready to upload, but when I try to send the .ipa file through to apple connect, I keep getting errors. The errors keep varying so its hard to pinpoint a single one. Recently, I have just been getting "failed to connect to appstore", after everything else processes and everything seems to be going fine (my internet is fine, so I don't know what the issue is). I am using an older version of Xcode, 9.2 (9C40b) to be exact. I know the solution would likely be to update Xcode, but my MacBook is way too old to update any further. I have created a game in the past using this exact setup, so I don't know what's wrong. I'm not much of a coder, so I don't know how to fix any errors myself. I desparately need help, because this game needs to be seen by my senior class, I made it specifically for them in these trying times.

Thank you so much,

~Nate

Then you've answered your own question. Apple has this to say about that:

"Starting April, 2020, all apps submitted to the App Store will need to be built with Xcode 11. Xcode 11 requires macOS Mojave 10.14.3 or later."
