Can I process refunds?

I sometimes get refund requests from customers. Is there an established method for contacting Apple on behalf of a customer who is asking for a refund?

Suggest you politely steer users to iTunes for refund requests. It's not unusual for direct requests to be a precursor to fraud, so...
