Is there is any way to pull user's/customer's review and respond/reply to user's/customer's review of a particular iOS Application which has been launched in AppStore. I was trying to implement an automated respond solution.
Please help me to find out an API documentation for same.

There is a manual process that you surely know.
But I never heard about an API to connect to reviews.
Best would be to contact support, they will tell for sure.
And you may then file a bug report for enhancement request.
