Getting message on ALL iphone iOS devices on my apple ID but NOT on iPad OS or TV OS.
Couldn't Load Apps

This started Thursday and been this way since.
I tried a different apple ID and it works but I have about 10 apps we are testing and they are all under the app ID that does not work.
I read some posts to delete the email from the testers list and add again so we did and that does not work but I test a lot of apps from others too and its almost impossible to get each company to do that.
Any suggestions would be great.
