Could you please post an update? And in case of this still being an issue, could you be more specific? Service Workers should work, at least up to a certain extent, with some minor issues and limitations for certain functions for the browsers mentioned, at least in the newest versions.
If you could refer to what functionality you are using, cf. https://www.w3.org/TR/service-workers/, that will certainly shed some light on the issue, and of course what versions you have tested.
