Core Telephony - Get cells ID

Question

I'm new about use Private API and now I have to use Core Telephony for getting info about cellular cells ID and I have some doubts:

1) Can I use it in my app that I dont distribute by App Store but by Enterprise distribution?

2) Is It possibile to get cellular cells ID?

There’s no supported way to do this.
