My app was rejected because my app enable user-generated content,

How to solve this problem? I implemented show UELA and feature report

- Require that users agree to terms (EULA) and these terms must make it clear that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

- The developer must act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content

There is a guideline 1.2 that specifies what you need to do if your app has user generated content. Here they are:

  • A method for filtering objectionable material from being posted to the app
  • A mechanism to report offensive content and timely responses to concerns
  • The ability to block abusive users from the service
  • Published contact information so users can easily reach you
